Popular Happenings

Two separate events invite the public and tourists to gather in downtown Jonquière and Place du citoyen in Chicoutimi to be surprised by puppets of all shapes. Component presented in collaboration with the Downtown Associations of Jonquière and Chicoutimi and the City of Saguenay.
